SEO that starts in the sitemap , not after launch.
Technical, on-page, and content SEO baked into the site from discovery — not bolted on six months after go-live. We audit what's broken, fix what's holding rankings back, and design the IA, schema, and content plan so your site is ranking-ready the day it ships and keeps compounding after.
- Technical SEO — crawl, index, Core Web Vitals, schema
- On-page SEO — IA, headings, internal linking, metadata
- Content SEO — keyword strategy, briefs, and topic clusters
- Measurement — GSC, GA4, rank tracking, monthly reporting

The reasons teams call us for a redesign.
- 01
Your site looks great but Google can't find half of it.
✓How we fix itWe audit crawlability, index coverage, and site architecture — then fix the blockers. Broken canonicals, orphaned pages, noindex leaks, and JS-only content get resolved before we chase a single keyword.
- 02
You're targeting keywords no one is searching — or everyone is.
✓How we fix itWe build a keyword map grounded in real search volume, intent, and competitive difficulty. Every page has one job and one primary query, plus a cluster of supporting terms it can realistically win.
- 03
Your Core Web Vitals are red, and your rankings are dropping.
✓How we fix itPerformance is a ranking signal now. We rebuild the front-end for LCP, INP, and CLS in the green on real devices — with budgets in CI so a slow PR can't merge and quietly cost you positions.
- 04
You publish content but nothing ranks.
✓How we fix itWe fix intent, structure, and internal linking — not just word count. Content briefs come with the SERP analysis, the questions to answer, the schema to add, and the internal links that make Google trust the page.

We sketch it messy first.
Structure, hierarchy, and story get resolved on paper — long before anyone opens Figma. Cheaper to move a marker than a component.
Technical foundation, on-page structure, and a content engine that compounds.
Every engagement includes a full technical audit, IA and on-page overhaul, schema, a keyword and content roadmap, and monthly measurement. Everything below the headline is included by default.
Technical SEO audit & fixes
Crawl, index, sitemap, canonicals, redirects, Core Web Vitals — audited, prioritised, and fixed in code.
Keyword & content strategy
A keyword map grounded in volume, intent, and difficulty — plus a 6-month content roadmap built to compound.
On-page & schema
IA, headings, metadata, internal linking, and JSON-LD schema per template — so every page is ready to rank.
Measurement & reporting
GSC, GA4, and rank tracking wired up — with a monthly report you can actually read in ten minutes.
Four moves. No surprises.
Every design engagement runs on the same rails — so you always know what's next, what we need from you, and what ships this week.
- 01
Audit
We crawl the site, pull GSC and GA4, and benchmark against three competitors. You get a prioritised list of what's costing you rankings today — and what's realistically winnable in 90 days.
- Full technical crawl & index audit
- Core Web Vitals on real devices
- GSC & GA4 baseline
- Competitor gap analysis
- 02
Strategy
We build a keyword map by intent — commercial, informational, navigational — then map each cluster to a page or content piece. Nothing gets published without a target query and a job.
- Keyword & intent mapping
- Topic clusters & pillar pages
- URL architecture & IA
- 6-month content roadmap
- 03
Fix & optimise
Technical fixes ship first — because a fast, crawlable site is the platform. Then on-page: headings, metadata, internal linking, schema, and template-level improvements across every page type.
- Technical fixes shipped in code
- On-page rewrites per template
- JSON-LD schema per page type
- Internal linking overhaul
- 04
Grow & report
Content ships against the roadmap, rankings and traffic are tracked weekly, and a monthly report tells you what moved, what didn't, and what's next. No 40-page PDFs.
- Content briefs & production
- Weekly rank & traffic tracking
- Monthly report (10-min read)
- Quarterly strategy review

The FAQ
before you ask.
How long before we see results from SEO?
Technical fixes can move rankings in weeks. Content and authority-driven gains typically take 3 to 6 months to show, and 9 to 12 to compound. We report monthly so you see leading indicators (impressions, coverage, CTR) long before the traffic curve turns.
Do you do SEO for new sites or only redesigns?
Both. New sites are actually easier — we bake IA, schema, and performance in from day one. On existing sites we start with an audit so we don't accidentally undo whatever's already working.
Can you also produce the content, or just brief it?
Both. We ship SEO briefs your team (or a writer) can execute against, and we have in-house writers and editors who can produce and publish end-to-end. Pricing scales with volume — we scope it up front.
Do you do link building?
We focus on earned links — digital PR, data studies, and content designed to be cited. We don't buy links or run PBNs; both are short-term wins that turn into long-term penalties.
How do you measure success?
By what actually matters for your business: qualified organic traffic, rankings for revenue-driving keywords, and conversions from organic. Vanity metrics like total keywords or DR don't show up in our reports.
Do you also build the site, or just the SEO?
Both. Our web design and development teams sit in the same studio, so SEO decisions get built into the site, not tacked on later. If you already have a dev team, we work directly against their PRs and stack.
