Do I need to have everything figured out before I submit?

No. The brief is designed to work even if you only know the outcome you want. Budget, timeline, and scope can all be 'not sure yet' — we'll shape it together on the discovery call.
What happens after I send the brief?

We review it, reply within one business day with any clarifying questions, then book a 45-minute discovery call. Within 48 hours of that call you receive a written scope, a fixed price, and a proposed delivery date. Nothing is signed until you're comfortable.
Is the discovery call free?

Yes. The brief, the reply, the discovery call, and the written scope are all free and no-obligation. We only invoice once a signed statement of work and a deposit are in place.
What if my budget is small or I'm not sure yet?

Say so. We'd rather have an honest conversation than try to squeeze a project into a wrong budget. If we're not a fit we'll say so on the first call, and we're happy to point you to a partner or a smaller-scope option.
Do you sign NDAs before the discovery call?

Yes, standard mutual NDAs are fine and we usually sign within an hour. If you have your own paper we'll review it the same day.
